Everyday

Flake

Colored chips broadcast into the base coat. Textured, forgiving and easy to live with.

  • Better grip underfoot
  • Hides dust, salt and small marks
  • The practical pick for daily-driver garages

Process

Done right, from the slab up.

A coating is only as good as the concrete under it, so most of the work happens before any color goes down.

  1. Grind & repair

Diamond-grind the slab to open the surface, then fill cracks, pits and joints so they don't show through.

  2. Base coat

A solid base coat rolled wall to wall, with a cove along the walls if you want a clean, washable edge.

  3. Metallic or flake

Hand-worked metallic pigments, or a full broadcast of flake into the wet base.

  4. Clear topcoat

A clear protective topcoat for gloss, grip and easy cleaning.

Why epoxy

Built for mountain winters.

  • Snow, salt and mag chloride

A sealed floor keeps meltwater and road salt off bare concrete. Puddles wipe up instead of soaking in.

  • Easy to clean

Oil, mud and spills stay on the surface. A squeegee and a mop is all it takes.

  • A brighter garage

A glossy floor bounces light around the room, so the whole space feels bigger and cleaner.

  • Prep that holds

We grind and check the slab before coating, because peeling almost always starts with skipped prep.

FAQ

Good to know.

Do you coat old or stained concrete?

Yes. Grinding removes stains and old sealers, and we repair cracks and pits before coating. Badly damaged slabs get an honest assessment first.

Can I pick my own colors?

Yes. Metallic floors come in many color combinations, and flake comes in many blends.
